The question is simple enough, however when placing  an order the answer requires some thought. Our goal at RDS Is to get your package as quickly as possible to its destination and making sure its cared for. 

            Our rule of thumb is that any item over 15lbs requires a vehicle. Our messengers are traveling daily with their workload on their shoulders. Items over 15lbs would slow the messenger down and delay the pick up and delivery times of all orders.Bulky items may also need a vehicle. Things like rolls of fabric higher than 2ft/ weighing more than 10lbs, oversized garment bags, and boxes are all under 15lbs but they take up a lot of space when hand carried. These items may need to be carted.

            Fragile items regardless of size/weight may need to be carted. Things like your big picture frame with glass, flower arrangements  or  catered items like your 3 tier wedding/Birthday cake is recommended to be placed in a vehicle.
